Where to stay for nightlife
For nights at WE ❤ MYK Club (WE LOVE MYK), Mykonos Town is the base: the club, Little Venice and the windmills are all within ten minutes on foot. The Fabrika edge puts the south coast buses on your doorstep; Ornos, Psarou and Platis Gialos give you the beach by day, 8 to 10 minutes from the club by car.

Where to stay in Mykonos for nightlife comes down to one question: how do you want to get home at the end of the night? WE ❤ MYK Club is on the harbour front of Mykonos Town, so a room in Chora puts everything on foot. A base on the south coast trades that for beach mornings and a short ride each night. Here are the options, measured from the club door.
The short answer
Measured from the club door, Mykonos Town comes out on top. WE ❤ MYK Club is on Florou Zouganeli, on the Gialos harbour front: Little Venice is 5 minutes away on foot, the Fabrika bus station 9 and the windmills about the same. The nearest south coast bases are 8 to 10 minutes by car, so a beach room means a taxi or a late bus on each club night.

Mykonos Town (Chora)
Distances from the club on foot: Little Venice and the Paraportiani church about 5 minutes, the Old Port bus stop about 6, the Kato Mili windmills about 9. Atmosphere: the island's capital, with its lanes, shops, restaurants and bars around you all evening. Best for: a first visit, or a group lining up several nights at the club, since every night ends with a walk back.
The Fabrika edge
Fabrika, on Agios Loukas Square at the south end of town, is the bus station for the south coast and has its own taxi rank. From there, the club is about 9 minutes on foot and the windmills about 5. Best for: anyone who wants both worlds, walking to the club at night and catching the beach bus in the morning.
South coast: Ornos, Psarou and Platis Gialos
Distances from the club by car: Ornos 4.2 km, about 8 minutes; Psarou 4.9 km, about 10; Platis Gialos 5.4 km, about 10. Ornos has hotels, restaurants and café-bars open from morning to late evening, and Platis Gialos is lined with hotels. All three are on the KTEL lines from Fabrika, and in peak season buses serve the most popular destinations until 04:00.
Best for: beach-first trips with a few club nights. On those nights, agree a taxi with your group or check the last bus before you head out.

Further along the coast
Paraga and Paradise (about 12 minutes by car from the club), Kalo Livadi (about 14), Super Paradise (about 16) and Elia (about 17) are lovely bases for a beach holiday, each a short drive from town. Plan every night out as a taxi ride, or check that evening's bus timetable on mykonosbus.com.
Near the New Port (Tourlos)
The New Port is about 3 km north of the club, around 7 minutes by car. The SeaBus to the Old Port crosses every half hour, and buses run to the Old Port and to Fabrika. Best for: travellers whose ferry uses the New Port, especially on an early sailing.

Check the nights first, then the room. In 2026 the club's season ran from 5 June to 30 August, and every one of our nights was a short walk from a room in Chora.
Your way home, base by base
Chora and the Fabrika edge: on foot. South coast: a taxi (from the ranks in town and at Fabrika, or by phone 24 hours a day) or a late KTEL bus in peak season. New Port: taxi or bus. Settle it before you go out and the night takes care of itself.
